Regeneration
We are not just protecting the island; we are bringing it back to life.
The 10-Year Pledge
We have pledged $10 million over 10 years towards the regeneration of Louth Island. This is not a marketing budget; it is a commitment to soil, seed, and sanctuary.
A Tale of Two Ends
The Northern Tip: Protection
This area is protected under a Heritage Agreement in perpetuity. It can never be developed. It remains a wild sanctuary for the island's original biodiversity.
The Southern End: Regeneration
Historically cleared for grazing, we are actively rewilding this zone. We have hand-planted thousands of native seeds, which have now established into resilient 3-foot stems, bringing the understory back to life.

100% Off-Grid
True luxury is silence. We run entirely on renewable energy, with diesel generators present only as an emergency backup. Our fleet of guest buggies is fully electric, ensuring the only sound you hear is the ocean.
Water Cycle
We are self-sufficient through advanced desalination and rainwater harvesting for irrigation.
Closed Loop Waste
Human waste is treated in state-of-the-art Fuji Clean anaerobic systems. We compost and recycle all organic output on-site.
Sharing the Habitat
We are visitors here; the wildlife are the residents. Our operations are strictly adapted to the rhythms of the local fauna.
Wedge-Tailed Eagle
We enforce strict exclusion zones around nesting sites during the breeding season. Construction and guest movements are diverted to ensure these apex predators remain undisturbed.
Hooded Plover
Our team actively monitors the beaches for these vulnerable shorebirds. We protect nesting sites from disturbance, allowing the population to thrive on our protected coastlines.
